Booking & Payment
A 50% deposit is required to secure your place on the journey. The remaining balance is due two months prior to departure. Once your booking is confirmed, full details and timelines are shared so everything is clear from the start.
Cancellations & Refunds
Plans can change, and we understand that. Cancellations made more than two months before departure may be eligible for a partial refund. Closer to the departure date, costs become more fixed due to accommodations and local arrangements already in place.
Specific terms will be outlined at the time of booking so there are no surprises.
Itinerary Flexibility
These journeys move through real environments, not controlled settings. Weather, local conditions, and logistical factors may require adjustments along the way.

Health & Responsibility

Travel insurance is mandatory and should include medical coverage, evacuation, and trip protection.
